ILCE es un organismo internacional intergubernamental con sede en México, creado por mandato de la UNESCO, con autonomía de gestión, personalidad jurídica y patrimonio propios, con estatus de misión diplomática, que trabaja para el desarrollo de la comunicación educativa al servicio de América Latina y el Caribe. 

MinTIC

El Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones de Colombia, es la entidad que se encarga de diseñar, adoptar y promover las políticas, planes, programas y proyectos del sector de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, lidera la iniciativa pública que permite impulsar la inversión en el sector TIC y la transformación digital del Estado.

Desde MINTIC se trabaja día a día por una televisión pública renovada y fortalecida, con contenidos frescos y creativos cuya industria audiovisual a través de las multipantallas, les ofrezcan a sus audiencias un espacio representativo que genere identidad en los colombianos.

COPEAM

The Why

The Why is a non-profit based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Launched as an independent non-profit in 2004. We produce and distribute public media series that inform people about the world we live in. We reach hundreds of millions of people globally through an extensive network of broadcasting partners- responding directly to the current crisis in public media by targeting the many people who still do not have access to independent factual information.

Flacso

FLACSO is the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences. Created in 1974 at the initiative of UNESCO, FLACSO Argentina was born and grew up with the central objective of training experts in different disciplines of social sciences, investigating the problems of building democracy in Latin America and contributing to the implementation of policies and social programs oriented to the development of a more just and pluralistic society. In its almost 40 years of experience, problems in the field of economics, politics, sociology, communication and media, education, anthropology, international relations and globalization have been addressed with pluralism and scientific rigor in FLACSO , local development, social policies, agricultural studies, gender equality, youth, law and bioethics.

Documentary meeting of Latin American television stations: training, networking, market and exhibitions. DocMontevideo offers an intense proposal of activities: documentary workshop, pitching for documentary projects in Latin America, pitching for series, meetings to commercialize content and the exhibition space "Documentary Week". In addition, we organized the Latin American television forum and coordinated the annual meeting of TVs associated with the TAL network.

ALCAP

The Latin American Association of Parliamentary Audiovisual Communication (ALCAP) is a project of promotion, strengthening, integration, dissemination, research, and cooperation in favor of parliamentary and political audiovisual communication in all deliberative areas, for the right to access public information, free and free, and in defense of communities, multiculturalism, social economies, and idiosyncrasies of Latin American countries. Training and legal, technical and professional advice to any of the actors involved in the processes that involve the aforementioned object will also be necessary.

En un mundo a menudo caracterizado por la intolerancia y las divisiones culturales, el Festival de Video Juvenil PLURAL + reconoce a los jóvenes como poderosos agentes del cambio social y los empodera para compartir su visión creativa con el mundo y fomentar el respeto por la diversidad.

Lanzado en 2009, PLURAL + es una iniciativa conjunta de la Alianza de Civilizaciones de las Naciones Unidas (UNAOC) y la Organización Internacional para las Migraciones (OIM), con una red de más de 50 organizaciones asociadas en todo el mundo.

Cada año, PLURAL + brinda a los jóvenes de todo el mundo la oportunidad de expresar su visión y su creatividad a través de la producción multimedia. PLURAL + invita a jóvenes de hasta 25 años a presentar cortometrajes originales y creativos centrados en los temas de migración, diversidad, inclusión social y prevención de la xenofobia.
